New Hope, Minnesota, has a rich history of community engagement, with events that bring residents together and celebrate local culture. These gatherings not only provide entertainment but also strengthen the bonds among neighbors.
New Hope Farmers Market
One of the most anticipated events is the New Hope Farmers Market. Held every Thursday from June through September at the New Hope Church parking lot, the market offers a variety of vendor-grown and produced goods, food trucks, and live entertainment. It’s a place where residents can support local farmers and artisans while enjoying a vibrant community atmosphere.
Music in the Park
Another highlight is the Music in the Park series, featuring live performances by local bands and artists. These free concerts take place at Civic Center Park, providing an opportunity for families and friends to enjoy music in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Brunch, Bingo, and a Band
For those seeking a combination of food, fun, and music, the ‘Brunch, Bingo, and a Band’ event is a must-attend. Hosted at the Crystal Community Center, this gathering includes a light brunch, live music, and bingo with prizes, catering to all ages.
Participating in these events is a wonderful way to connect with neighbors, support local businesses, and experience the unique charm of New Hope. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the area, there’s always something happening to bring the community together.
